This procedure must be followed when submitting applications to our office:

1. A standard RHA/GBREB rental application must be completed for all occupants of each apartment. Please also include a copy of each tenant's photo ID with each application.

2. One month's rent must be submitted along with the application and will only be accepted in one of the following forms: 
  • Checks drawn on the rental agency's account
  • Money Order
  • Cashier's Check

3. Upon acceptance of the application(s), a lease signing appointment must be scheduled within three (3) business days

4. At the time of the signing, we require the security deposit and the first month's rent for the desired unit. We expect to receive the balance due at this time.


Also, please note the following:
  • The number of rooms in an apartment is equal to the maximum number of occupants (i.e. one person in a studio, etc.)
  • Under no circumstance will we allow a third party rental of our units
  • Prior to the signing, do not have the client contact our office. Please have the agency/broker communicate with our office.
  • Any apartment available immediately must have cleared funds at the time of the appointment.
  • Leases will be drawn from our office only
